Curator: Pimpaween Sunthornthamrat

Amidst the stunning and unique atmosphere of Sri Panwa, a world-class luxury resort in Phuket with contemporary tropical style, lies one of the dream destinations for travelers from all corners of the globe. This beauty has inspired Cheese Arnon, a Thai artist known for his distinctive character “The Fox,” to create a special series of artworks under the title “Sea Sand Stone.”

The “Sea Sand Stone” exhibition is part of the first Artist in Residence project at Sri Panwa, Phuket. This initiative is a collaboration between Sri Panwa, a high-end luxury resort that values art and creativity, and Cheese Arnon, a charming artist with a remarkable presence in the Thai art scene, along with curator Pimpaween Sunthornthamrat, who meticulously selects and oversees the project's concept.

During his residency at Sri Panwa, Cheese Arnon immersed himself in the beauty of nature, the sea, sunlight, and the surrounding atmosphere of the resort, translating these energies into various forms of art, including paintings, sculptures, and installation art that reflect the relationship between humans and nature, as well as the serene beauty of the sea in Phuket.
The “Sea Sand Stone” exhibition will be open for viewing from November 7 to 28, 2025.
At Sri Panwa, Phuket, there will be an official opening event on November 7, 2025.
